The Interreg Atlantic Area programme and the Hub4Food project will attend from 3 to 5 December, in Coimbra (Portugal), a national fair focused on the application of the European funds in all Portuguese regions. The event, promoted by the Agency for Development and Cohesion, annually brings together hundreds of institutions, beneficiaries, and those interested in maximising the benefits of European support.

The transnational project Hub4Food will be represented by the Portuguese partners CATAA, Inovcluster, and MARE-IPLeiria, all aligned in fostering support to the agri-food sector through applied innovation and cross-border collaboration. The event will allow the partners to present a Catalogue of Services, outlining the technical and business support available to SMEs from clusters across the Atlantic Region. The catalogue is still open to new entities. At the moment, it covers more than 80 technologies, like under-vacuum bakery cooking, 2D and 3D printing using food waste or clean label formulation.

Inovcluster will also present the project at a beneficiaries' pitch about research, innovation and health. It will be the only cooperation project showing the benefits of working in a partnership with representatives of Portugal, Spain, France and Ireland, gathering institutions with similar motivations based in different regions of the Atlantic coastline.
