The HiPoTeSis Project, led by Fondation OPEN-C and supported by the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme, is engaging with the ecosystem surrounding floating wind test sites across the Atlantic Region. Through this initiative, the partnership aims to deepen its ecosystem analysis, identify new strategic partnerships, and support future decisions related to governance, funding, and research priorities.
