The Members of the Group of Auditors (GoA) of the Interreg Atlantic Area met yesterday for their fourth meeting to review developments in the functioning of the programme's management and control system. This meeting provided an opportunity to present the current state of the programme to the auditors of the member states and take notice of the upcoming revision of the Audit Strategy.
The GoA is composed of representatives from each participating Member State - France, Ireland, Portugal and Spain. Representatives of the Managing Authority and the Joint Secretariat also take part in the meetings in a supporting capacity, contributing to the effective execution of audit-related responsibilities and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
