The Interreg Atlantic Area Programme project ATLIC – Atlantic InnoBlue Communities, led by Municipality of Santo Tirso, is entering its final implementation phase with a strong focus on knowledge-sharing initiatives designed to ensure the long-term continuity and transferability of its model for promoting youth entrepreneurship in peripheral areas of the Atlantic Region.
In close cooperation with the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the European Union and the Managing Authority of the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme, the partnership will present the ATLIC White Paper in Brussels on 3 June. This strategic document sets out policy recommendations and practical proposals to strengthen youth entrepreneurship ecosystems along the Atlantic coast, with particular attention to the challenge of youth unemployment.
The event will highlight the project’s main achievements — including innovative ideas, prototypes, methodologies, training resources, and collaborative practices — while fostering strategic dialogue and alliances to support the continuity, scalability, and European-wide impact of the ATLIC ecosystem.
Stakeholders, institutions, entrepreneurs, and policy-makers are invited to engage with the project’s legacy and contribute to shaping future innovation pathways for Atlantic communities.
