CCDR Norte, the Managing Authority of the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme, is attending the EGTC Iberia 2025 meeting, promoted by the European Grouping of Territorial Cooperation (EGTC) Galicia Norte de Portugal. The event is taking place in Vigo, on June 3 and 4.
The agenda will make it possible to address the main challenges of cross-border cooperation in a context of technological transformation, in particular boosting economic and social development in border areas, reducing bureaucratic barriers, enhancing administrative coordination, as well as cross-border mobility and employment.
With the participation of leading European representatives and authorities from Spain and Portugal, the session will be opened by the President of CCDR Norte, António Cunha. The Executive Manager of Interreg Atlantic Area, Sandra Silva, will take part in a panel on European cooperation funding programs.
