The AWESDI project, supported by the Interreg Atlantic Area Programme, held its kick-off meeting at the Campus da Auga – Centro de Investigación Mariña (CIM UVigo), in Ourense.
More than 20 experts and managers, representatives from the partner organisations from Spain, France, Ireland and Portugal, met to coordinate the work plan aimed at advancing the deployment of wave energy systems across Atlantic regions.
The sessions brought partners together and helped the consortium outline the procedures that will guide the project's implementation by June 2028. It was important to set the operational framework for the upcoming period and confirm each partner's contributions and their activities.
