Under the initiative of Interreg Atlantic Area, Interact, and DG Regio, Managing Authorities of other Interreg and mainstream programmes met online today for the third time, aiming to foster synergies and enhance cooperation across funding programmes and their projects in the Atlantic Sea Basin.
During today’s meeting, we shared practical examples of cooperation and the participants’ views, aiming to identify joint future actions to boost collaborative work and stronger coordination between programs.
For the programming period 2021-2027, the focus is on working together to build synergies between the cohesion policy instruments that support the Atlantic regions. The Atlantic Area Programme, benefiting from the close link with the Atlantic Strategy and the relevant support of Interact, is committed to bringing more awareness about the importance of dialogue and communication across programmes and investing in results.
