Huelva City Council proposal aims at carrying out a common strategy for the economic development of Atlantic cities and small towns based in the promotion of fluvial tourism. SAIL INSIDE is an attempt to promote the attractiveness of the Atlantic area and to contribute to attract new visitors, to develop tourist products and brands, and to generate economic activity at local level and, thus, employment.
