The objectives of the project are as follows:

Effect attitudinal and behavioral change

Deliver urban resilience through a societal / paradigm shift towards sustainable food culture within an urban context; to include food production and consumption.

Influence policy at a regional and local authority level to create a shift towards sustainable food production and climate resilience

Identify food profile of urban centers with different cultural and climate conditions and identify associated challenges and vulnerabilities (such as Climate Change) in order to develop appropriate solutions.

Identify innovative technological solutions to address food profile challenges.
