Summary

BLUESKILLING INNOVATION is about empowering people in the Atlantic Area to have the right skills to power up blue innovation. Partners want to help industries become more competitive and speed up the use of clean energy in ships and maritime tech.

The main goal is to teach businesses working in shipbuilding and maritime tech all the important skills they need. This includes using digital tools, going green, staying connected in an eco-friendly way, and using the latest cool tech.

The project plans to give special training that makes it easy for maritime innovation to happen, especially in green and offshore technologies. This way, companies can make money and start using cleaner ways of doing things. The best part is that they can use what they learn in other parts of Europe, helping students, researchers, workers, businesses, the government, and everyone else in society.
